ARCH 3170 - 1960s Urbanism
Addresses the architectural and urbanistic consequences of the utopian planning associated with urban renewal, the architecture of Brutalism, and other difficult-to-transform architecture of the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s. Focuses on how to adapt and integrate such buildings and urban landscapes to meet contemporary needs. Prereq. ARCH 3155; architecture majors only.
