ARTG 3351 - Time-Based Design
Introduces principles of time-based media—such as anticipation, interval, succession, and rhythm—through a series of analog and digital projects. Explores the potential of communicating information over time with a focus on kinetic typography and visual/sonic narratives. Examines concepts from film, music, and other related time-based arts through assignments, lectures, and student presentations. Prereq. ARTF 2220 and ARTG 3350; digital art and graphic design majors and students in related combined programs only.
