ARTG 3461 - Service Design
Addresses the challenges and opportunities in designing human-centered, memorable services. Uses case studies from diverse industries such as healthcare, transportation, banking, and retail. Introduces research and design methods such as scenario mapping, prototyping, and service enactment as means to observe and craft touchpoints throughout the service experience. Prereq. ARTF 2223 and ARTG 3451.
