COMM 3415 - Communication Criticism
Offers students an opportunity to deepen their abilities to think critically about texts in a variety of forms such as orations, advertisements, music, and art. Studies methods that may range from close textual analysis to deconstruction to theories of performance. Students are required to write a lengthy research paper that carefully analyzes a rhetorical object. Prereq. ENGW 1111, ENGW 1102, ENGL 1111, or ENGL 1102.
